About

I am a PhD student in Spanish Linguistics in the Department of Spanish and Portuguese at Georgetown University. I conduct mixed-methods research on language variation and contact, with a particular focus on Spanish in the US. I create engaging and inclusive foreign-language pedagogy and served as an Assistant Director for Georgetown’s undergraduate Spanish language program. I am the recipient of Georgetown’s 2025 Graduate Student Teaching Award.

Beyond my time at Georgetown, I am a passionate experiential educator. I have taught in diverse environments, from the Maine wilderness to Home Depot parking lots.
